Orange and blue are two completely opposite colors but yet they fit together. You might not believe at first glance but these two colors create a perfect match.
Wonder why is it so? Answer is rather simple, so if you expected some detailed explanation we are sorry to disappoint you. Answer is Complementary colors. That’s right, orange and blue are one set of complementary colors, there are others like red and green, purple and yellow etc. and they all fit together.
Our eyes like the contrast of those two colors so they naturally appear to look well together.
This can be quite useful when painting your home. Interior paint colors are usually hard to choose, but next time give some complementary color combinations a try. If your furniture is mostly blue try some orange on the walls. You will be amazed with end results.
